Q: How do I know if my hair is high or low porosity?
A: High Porosity:
Tends to be frizzy
Generally damaged and dry
Absorbs too much moisture but is unable to retain it
Needs heavy oils and butters
Normal Porosity:
Absorbs and retains the perfect amount of moisture
Shiny, healthy, lots of volume
Low Porosity:
Products sit on your hair
Moisture doesn’t enter your hair easily but when it does, it stays
It looks healthy but it’s usually frizzy or doesn’t have much volume
Takes more time to get wet than usual hair
Q: How often should I use Oil Mask for best results?
A: Once a week.
Q: Can I leave the oil mask on overnight?
A: Absolutely NOT! This is one of the biggest hair oiling mistakes. Leaving it overnight can actually block your hair follicles and result in hair loss. Leave your oil mask for a maximum of 2 hours. (1 hour only for kids)
